Kurt Zdesar and Jordan Sclare came together having launched Chotto Matte together. They had a simple vision of providing seafood done perfectly in a relaxed environment.
They travelled around the world identifying the most famous dishes and what made them unique. Returning to England Jordan began experimenting to add his signature touches to each dish; and Bouillabaisse Mayfair was born.
With form and function like a digital platform, H2M built Bouillabaisse’s first ever unique website to capitalize on all the exciting dishes, ambiance and content associated with Bouillabaisse. On the way, H2M overcame a tough UX and design challenge that digital platform had to convey and maintain the essence of the brand.
The challenge was even bigger considering the brand image and nature of content to fit in a responsive website that we built to work seamlessly across desktops and mobile devices.
Comprehensive brand-related information includes menu, location map, social stream, careers and story of Bouillabaisse, the website helps create brand awareness and prepares consumers for direct interaction with the brand via ordering online.
